On occasion of the traditional Spring-Diving, the diving club “1.Tauchclub Freibug”, Germany organized an AquaProp test-Event on 16th of april 2016.
The participants had the possibility to test the AquaProp and compare it to the “heavyweights” of the DPV-Branch.
“The traditional Spring-diving is a holdover from the times, where Dry-Suits were not common and the diving-clubs finished the diving-season with a last dive in autumn, and opened the new season with a typical spring-dive-event. Meanwhile most of our divers are diving all-year-long, but we keep this tradition. So the Scooter-Event was very well visited despite of bad weather and coldness.” explains the operator. Numerous participants came in very good spirits to the traditional event of the diving club.
The feedbacks of the test-divers: “Extremely relaxed diving-fun with a clearly expanded radius of movement. None of the aspirants had problems to get along with the AquaProp underwater – the handling was very easy!”
The feedback of the divers who compared it to one of the heavyweight-scooters: “Compared to the others, the AquaProp won in the category easy-handling, transport and performance which nobody expected from “the little one”, furthermore “painless” Scooter-diving even after 30 Minutes driving.”
